Concord set up Fantasy Kingdom in 2002 in Ashulia, Dhaka in a record-breaking period of only 10 months. Fantasy Kingdom is Bangladesh’s first world-class theme park. The Fantasy Kingdom Entertainment Complex now consists of Fantasy Kingdom, Water Kingdom, Heritage Park, Xtreme Racing go-karting & the Resort at Atlantis (resort hotel). Fantasy Kingdom was designated as a “Tourist Spot” by the Government of Bangladesh in 2002.
The Foy’s Lake Entertainment Complex is set over 350 acres of beautiful lakes and hills in the heart of Chattogram. It consists of Foy’s Lake Concord Amusement World, Sea World and Foy’s Lake Resort (resort hotel).

CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS
With over forty five years of experience in the real estate and construction sector, Concord has always been at the forefront of construction technology in Bangladesh. Our commitment to quality has earned us enormous trust. Many of our pioneering innovations have now become the industry standard.
We were the first company to introduce Ready Mix Concrete commercially in Bangladesh in 1988. We then established Bangladesh’s first factories to manufacture green building-products (block, pavers, tiles, etc.) in 1998.
Concrete building products are the ideal environmentally friendly alternative to burnt bricks because the manufacturing process doesn't require any agricultural topsoil, forest wood or coal unlike clay brick production in brick kilns. They are economical (reduces cost by 20%), durable, easier to install, fire resistant, have better thermal and sound insulation and are recommended for more earthquake resilient buildings.
Now, we have 4 fully automated European and US plants that manufacture concrete solid blocks, concrete hollow blocks, paving blocks, ceiling blocks and a host of other concrete products and 5 ready mix batching plants with a fleet of Truck-Mixers.
